1. Information We Collect
Promptgate Cloud is designed to act as a secure, transparent gateway for serverless AI agents and automated scripts. To facilitate this service, we collect minimal data:
- Anonymous Identifiers: We associate your cloud gates with a secure, random anonymous user ID generated on your device. We do not require or collect emails, names, or physical addresses during standard cloud operations.
- Gateway Logs & Messages: We temporarily store instructions, payloads, and agent response transcripts explicitly routed through your gates so that you can view them on your native dashboard console.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to provide, operate, and maintain the Promptgate Cloud gateway channels. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your message logs, gateway metadata, or anonymous profiles to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or analytics brokers.
3. Secure Local Storage
Any settings, custom system prompts, and configuration parameters you enter into the macOS native app are processed and stored securely. Communications between the macOS console, Promptgate Cloud servers, and your external automated agents are encrypted using secure transport layer security (HTTPS/TLS).
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You have full, autonomous control over your message history. You can clear the logs of any individual gate or permanently delete your entire anonymous account and its associated gates directly from your console in the Account Details sheet. Upon deletion, all related gates and message histories are permanently erased from the cloud databases immediately.
